PortalPilot does NOT transmit, store, or process corporate FortiPortal credentials, firewall policies, IP subnet maps, or traffic logs on external servers or cloud AI models. All DOM parsing, policy checks, and FortiOS CLI generation execute strictly inside your local browser sandbox.

2. Data Handled

Session Telemetry (Volatile Memory Only): Reads active policy DOM elements to provide consultative advice. Discarded upon tab close.
Preferences: Uses browser storage.local for dock position and split-view settings.
Billing: Stripe and ExtensionPay process subscriptions. We never see or store card data.
Support Feedback: Voluntarily submitted feedback is sent via standard email to support@layeredlumens3d.uk.

3. Permissions Justification

storage: Retains local layout preferences and ExtensionPay trial validation cache.
activeTab: Granted only on the active FortiPortal tab to render the consultative assistant.
extensionpay.com/*: Communicates securely with ExtensionPay API for license activation.
